Design and develop an integrated, user-friendly, and automated system that standardises workflows, minimises manual effort, and enhances collaboration across tools and teams, reducing the need for technical skills and enabling real-time visibility into operations, performance, and opportunities.

Impact
With the new tool in house, the current users spend with 70% less time in solving the same amount of claims and analysing data, system has now scalability, integrated learning tools and most important, the users much more happier with the improved working tool.
Discovery & Case study
As a part of discovery phase, I conducted a session of 9 separate interviews with actual users that will use the product, to understand the general pain points, needs, current workflows, current problems and expectations from the product.
User Center admin pannel
The admin panel allows an administrator to manage users efficiently. Within the panel, the admin can add new users, remove existing ones, and view which users are currently active. The admin can also check for password reset requests and generate reports that break down the number of active accounts, categorizing them by managers, consultants, and clients. Furthermore, the admin can assign new roles, add new clients, and configure various capabilities for each user.

For this specific application I have designed an entire set of custom components, and also adapted an entire design system to my client’s specific needs.
