Problem
Dealing with very large amount of raw data, in one immense excel file, that needed to be analysed, filtered and processed by multiple users at the same time, in various ways. Overlapping work, no real time progress tracking, no pre-structured data

Solution
Design and develop an integrated, user-friendly, and automated system that standardises workflows, minimises manual effort, and enhances collaboration across tools and teams, reducing the need for technical skills and enabling real-time visibility into operations, performance, and opportunities.

Impact
With the new tool in house, the current users spend with 70% less time in solving the same amount of claims and analysing data, system has now scalability, integrated learning tools and most important, the users much more happier with the improved working tool.
Discovery & Research
As a part of discovery, I conducted a session of 10 separate interviews with actual users, to understand the users that will use the product, to understand the general pain points, needs, current workflows, current problems and expectations from the product.
I started by understanding the users, their challenges, and the context

Multi-line actions
One of the most requested features users needed, was a way to apply a single action to one or multiple data lines, and here is an example of one of the screens build for this exact actions.
User Management System
The admin panel allows an administrator to manage users efficiently. Within the panel, the admin can add new users, remove existing ones, and view which users are currently active. The admin can also check for password reset requests and generate reports that break down the number of active accounts, categorizing them by managers, consultants, and clients. Furthermore, the admin can assign new roles, add new clients, and configure various capabilities for each user.
